My DS has had a little red bumpy rash on his cheeks and upper arms since he was born. I have taken him to the doctors and the chemist who have both said if it doesn't irritate him don't worry about it. Its been there for so long i just want it to go away, it gets red and looks quite raw sometimes. I have tried all types of moisturizers and nappy rash creams. Any ideas?
Subscribing - My DS is the same and I've had the chemists and drs say the same thing. Is your DS's patchy all over his body? I'm using nappy rash cream and baby lotion and they seem to go, but if I forget just one day it comes back and then some
It could be "folliculitis" where the sebaceous glands get clogged. Basically it's just something people have. DS#1 and I have it. Seriously, if he is not worried or scratching then don't worry about it, although I know that's hard. Kids grow out of more things than you could imagine
