Ok, bit of an update. I had the MCHN check Logan out, and he is fine. She said the nostril flaring is a sign of discomfort. I have been watching him while I feed him, and have noticed they flare when he has wind. After I burp him, it stops.

So, all that stressing (better stress than not to), and he is fine.
