How long should one go before you worry? My kids have never really had anything but colds and small temps after immunisations, but DD has been quite warm for nearly 24 hours now. Her temp at 3am was 39 so we gave her panadol to try and make her a bit more comfortable and put her in a cooler room, toay shes in the coolest room of the house, and just roaming in a nappy.
She's still warm. She's eating and drinking, I'm offering fluids much more regularly, she's still crawling around and trying to walk (although not as quickly as normal, and she just looks so tired)etc, but she's just still pretty hot.
There are no spots or rashes obvious on her body at all and I can't see anything else.
Oh, she's got the runs pretty badly along with the temp.
Is there any reason to worry?
