rash on cheeks?

Summer woke up with this on both cheeks this morning

had it on one cheek yesterday too, but settled before coming back again this morning.
has been really irritable.
looks like heat rash, but its bloody cold & last night i thought the endless crying may've been her eczema, so she only slept in a nappy coz i figured her clothes were iritating it.
possible eczema, but its settled again now & its only on her cheeks this morning. Her back looked quite red last night, but that seems to have settled again for now.
my last suggestion is teething with all the drool (theres ALOT) but its more rash like than just hot red cheeks?

I've just changed the settings, should be set to friends of friends (coz i figure everyone on BB will be linked together on fb lol)

looks too angry to be hormonal. they're usually spotty type rashes aren't they?

I can't see the pic but my kids used to get a pr!ckly type rash which felt hot to touch on their cheeks when they were teething.

Maybe take her to the Dr.

I might have to if it flares up again today. Settled right down now, while she sleeps.
Its not really right on her cheeks, like I'd expect with teething iygwim? Its more up from her ear down...
