Just wanting some opinions from the BB community. DD have had a viral infection since last week which resulted some high temps, colourful runs of the nose, some discharge from the eye (a bit colourful).

GP check up last week Confirmed that she had a reddish throat and right ear.

Anyways she's pretty much back to herself apart from the occasional sneeze which brings out colour stuff. Today came from home child care with a rather swollen R eyelid. The white of the eye isn't red, no bite marks visible or noticeable. No discharge either. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it.

Called GP after hours and the Dr thinks it might be conjuctivitis but had a million disclaimers (doesn't instil any confidence really).

My issue is when DD have had conjuctivitis, it's always been, discharge, sticky eyes and a bit red in the eye white. So why not now?

Anyone's had the same happen to their LO? What was the diagnose?
