Hun not sure why he is chucking the food up, but keep an eye on his fluid levels as he'll need to be hydrated well, and keep an eye on his temp too. It could be his teeth, a little bug, the weather if it's hot and sticky. He seems happy enough and is eating more, but if this keeps on going take him to the docs just in case.
