Time/Duration? Lunchtime BBQ for just a few hours, no set time
How many guests? About 30-35, mostly family & some friends, noone had kids but us at this point

What worked? Having it when he was well rested, after his morning sleep
What didn't work? Nothing, it all went very well


Juliette's (hers had to be cancelled because I was in hospital the day before but this was the plan
