Happy Birthday QM - hope you had a good day and thank goodness that the mastitis was averted! :woot:

Ness - love the new ticker! They're adorable!

I'm up to 76 icons... but no *extreme* ones - I'm working on one of them but it's so darned hard!

Went back to work for 2 days this week I missed my little man, but it wasn't too bad.

Nappy related: I'm going to Mother's group today and am giving a bit of a talk and demonstration about MCN & the different types, etc. Some of the mums have dabbled in MCN (pea pods, BBB & BG) but no-one's as 'in to it' as I am so I'm off to try to convert! Wish me luck! I'm taking my itti bitti, a BBB, BG, Maz cover, prefold, Blueberry pocket & Cushie Tushie AIO (if it dries in time!)

Am going to our local shop in Adelaide tomorrow for some Fluffy shopping - they've got a sale on! It's Nature's Cradle for anyone interested... If you're going to shop there - PM me and I'll Email you a voucher thingy to take in so you get a free gift (and I get store credit )

Gigi - loving this sunny weather too - but was stuck in an office for the last 2 days

WOHB - Blueberry pocket, my favourite!

Girls, you might be selling me on the idea of soapnuts..........keep chatting, it's really interesting!

QM, great that you managed to avoid the nasty M word!

Nettie, good luck today, and good on you! Hope you get some converts

WOHB: Nana (MIL) has been looking after him, and she puts even those on backwards so we have no hope of MCNs LOL

I've been sooooo slack Sorry lovelies!

    Happy birthday QM

Gigi I'm sad you won't be visiting with me now but I understand I was looking forward to some LS lessons from the master but I think I have the knack of it now. I wasn't holding the nappy far enough down in the bowl!

FJ have you had something arrive in your letterbox yet?

Looking forward to seeing you gals on Saturday! I won't be lugging the machines but will bring the knitting so I can do my best nanna impression. May even bring a blankie to put over my knees

I went to Chadstone today (looooong story, involves MIL ) and Caleb got a compression leak from his BumG. I had to dry his pants off with the hand dryer. Probably put someone off from buying cloth after that as I got a few looks

WOHB something stinky in the honeyboy!

Nettie - how did your MCN talk go? Good on you for doing that. You will laugh, but i'm not going to that sale because . . . . petrol costs.

Raven - i would have LOVED to help you with Little Squirt technique, inbetween drooling over your knitting and photography! I bet you have wonderful photos on your walls of your gorgeous kidlets.

Katones - how are you feeling today?

Queen - yeh, bilby is 22 months and still in the 0's (getting a bit midriffy) and the 1's. they are a generous sized brand. we've washed ours to death, adn they still feel lovely and soft. I got some much earlier on and sent them back for smaller sizes.

MAZ - i love your idea of the fluffy swap. in fact, i loike it ALOT.
    Vy is toilet training??? WOW!

ALIOOPS - thinking of you, and the endless packing that moving entails

BEATRIX - see, no "U", just for you. (U) oh dear, when my humour gets like this, i REALLY should be in bed asleppe!!!

    WOTBB: Sugarpeas ensemble boosted.

No idea what to say, but I realised I haven't posted in here for awhile, just been reading. :P

Loving our Ittis, mm mmm! Put a medium on Si, but I think I really do prefer fitteds and covers for him. I think perhaps because the feeds are few, that the wees are huuuge, like, big feed and then big wee. So he needs a nappy with a bit of grunt (and the insurance of a cover). Will try again in a month or so when he's on solids. What's the date? 11th? Oh, 12th now. 18 days til he's 6 months then. Ack! Time, where did you go?

Not sure about a swap, I'll have a look, but I'm not sure I could bear to get rid of any of my nappies. :P And the ones I would get rid of, I'd get rid of cos I don't like them, and I wouldn't give someone else a nappy I didn't like. Might sit this one out.

Hey Gigi, does Bilby still wear babylegs?

I'd love to see your peanut shell Sal.

Any nappies anyone wants to see at the meetup?

WOTB's: Sposies (too impatient to wait for thick night ones to dry).

Nelle I get that but what doesn't work for one will work for another don't forget

FJ don't fret I'm sure it will be there when you get home.

Aw thanks Gigi! I do have lots of photos on my wall but I did not take many of them. The boys won't pose for me like they do for someone else

Sal have you seen a HAB? I'll bring mine along if you want.

Nelle that 6 months went so fast for me...

I'm thinking I may swap ones I still like, just to have something different right before we do this... TT. I have a feeling this summer may be the one for Jovie. I thought I'd get another 6 months, but she sat on the toilet yesterday at FDC and did a wee. So this may be the start....

    WOHB: a stinky poo... bbl
