Well kat. My magicalls are average lol... I find they leak from being overfull within about 1.5hrs! which sucks if he is in a good sleep. I think they will be ok if boosted although not much room within the leg gussetts to boost too much. but i am going to try with 2 layers of bamboo in there to add!

At the moment the bamboo prefolds and covers are still doing the best job with absorbancy overnight.

Which Magicalls do you guys have? Mine are rubbish, but mine are a few versions back, I had a look at the Minky ones at the expo and they look like they'd be much better.

Magicals were great for us when Mateauz was a NB and then the skin sensitivity issues started. I have a minkee one in our car as an emergency and its ok...but its only an emergency and mateauz has broken out twice when we used it

I have an older type i think (??) not really sure.. i bought them from a friend who never got to use them as they were too small... they aren't the pocket type.. more an AIO...
he is still asleep from his 1.30 feed and still in the magicall...
I have one of the new minkee BBH (small i hope..) have to check..so we shall hopefully have a soft fluffy bum later

I think the Pocket AIO's would be much better for absorbency. Tempted, tempted...

Nelle, My Magicall is the pocket type. It came with inbuilt microfibre booster and removable bamboo booster. Sarah hasn't had any leakages, but it is a large so I cant try it on Em yet.

I'll be in massive trouble if it's me Maz! So here's hoping it's someone else.
Um, if you don't need that nappy, it'd be fun to borrow, but honestly...we're hardly having a nappy shortage in the McNelle household...
