FJ - with a collection like that, you can get away with having a couple of days off doing the washing!! I think I need about that many, coz I know I will need a few days off here and there!!
Sarah has only worn 2 nappies today, and pooed in both and now she has a rash :( she was screaming while I tried to wipe and put cream on her. she has all her teeth too, I hope she isn't gettng sick, gastro is going around up here atm.

I feel like I should get about half a dozen more NB. I want some fitteds and one or tow more covers - for the covers i get the vibe that the motherease rikkis are no.1, but please can you tell me which fitteds you would get?
we are in a rental with the crappiest WHITE carpet in the bedrooms. :wall:
bilby did "poo painting" on the wall that the changetable is up against, very early on, and when i wiped it down (with water immediately) THE PAINT CAME OFF! The unit has NON WASHABLE PAINT on the walls!!!
i fully expect to lose all our bond even though i try to be so careful, this place was not built for anyone who is breathing, to live in, let alone kids!

I have a converter!!!!!!!!! Lady downt he road due anyday has recieved alot of my MCN's and it stocked AND Wilhelm's techer who is due in December. Class had a farewell party for her last friday and Wilhelm took a outfit and one of my NB covers ;) as a pressy and she's in love......told me she wants to buy more and some BP's to boot....hehehehe and I wasnt even trying. Just glad that its one less bin full of land fill

DD's childcare love her nappies - but they keep rinsing the poop off in the sink there - which apparently makes it very messy when DH opens the bag at home.. I keep telling them to just roll up the nappy and we'll deal with it.. I know they are just being helpful.. but yukkoooo...

Don't worry Ness, I was saying to maz just the other week how sad I am that I get off on putting my hand inbetween minkee & fleece when turning nappies right side out & I drool over the size of other peoples boot space in their cars.
One of the mums from school has a new van for her 5 kids & her youngest has hip problems so needed space for a wheel chair as he occasionally needs it. All of us pathetic Mums with more then 2 kids were all swarming around this women's car checking out the boot space as if it was filled with a heap of hot blokes (or in my case MCN LOL)

We just moved into a house with a front door and a real letterbox, whereas before the postie couldn't work out how to use the intercom at our horrid apartment and he always left a collection card instead of pushing a button (DERRR!!!). I tried to get him fired for making me walk 2km to get my fluffy mail 5 times in a row. Is that wrong? If I wanted to collect my mail from the post office, I'd get a freakin' PO box...

Well i just braved toysrus with ashley and ethan and got xmas pressies for the neices and nephews (and ashley lol).
Ashley is in her peapods i got in a swap and so far so good - no leaks. They are medium and she has them on the tightest setting... what big sizing!!! she is 10.7kg!

i would like to say that i never bought peapods because of the rap they always got with leaking etc etc
But i had a peapods on DD for 4 hrs this morning.. the bamboo fold inside was totally drenched and she pooed in it and NO LEAKS!
must say i am impressed for a nappy i would never have usually bought.

I have 3 lge peapods & I haven't had any issues witht hem at all. I got the second hand also & they are hemp.
BUT Isla is not in the "lge" weight range & I bought her a Med & had nothing but troubles with it. It wicked really badily.
contacted Peapods & all we could come up with was that the medium fit was just not right for Isla & to stick with the lge & cross over the wings.
PP, On to it now.
I dont particularly like the pea pods for the wing droop, but they are absorbent. I think they need more snaps on the tabs then they would be fine.
