oh, u have to stop mentioning Nambour, Arimeh!! It makes me sad. That place kinda scares me, with it's ladies-with-beards and whatnot... But I do miss Mt Coolum, spent most of my childhood within sight of it, but in the end I think it was that flashing red light on top of it that drove me mad and I ran away! That, and the swamp gas from Ross River County (*cough* I mean Mudjimba). lol at your stinky revenge for FIL!

Suse - forgot to mention, it's quite possible we were separated at birth, since my "parents" swear I was a foundling, left by the elves... and I think the red nappy thing is a hangover from the fact I only ever had red nappies as a baby too. Bloody hippies...

Elmo... PMS 1795, or is it 192? Whatever. He cute. I have him sitting on my computer.

maz - I'm with ya! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee let's all not be sane together! Here's my list of things PMS could stand for:
    1. Pass My Shotgun
    2. Psychotic Mood Shift
    3. Perpetual Munching Spree
    4. Puffy Mid-Section
    5. People Make me Sick
    6. Provide Me with Sweets
    7. Pardon My Sobbing
    8. Pimples May Surface
    9. Pass My Sweat pants
    10. ****y Mood Syndrome
    11. Plainly; Men Suck
    12. Pack My Stuff, and my favorite one (apart from Pantone Matching System!):
    13. Potential Murder Suspect

Um, nappies, yes, that's right... I have an issue with BumGs collecting lint inside the tabs bit. I'm thinking this is coz I have a dodgy washing machine which seems to create lint like it was made to do it! I don't know where the stuff is coming from but it's annoying. I wash all my MCN separate from everything else, and clean the lint filter after every wash, but it keeps happening. Why is it so??

Wouldn't brag about that one maz!
We need to get you up this way, A Qld state-wide meet up sounds fantastic!

oh, and Maz, got any plans for the 7/8th March next year

Emily had a major blow out today in her magicall. I'm using mediums on her, but they just don't seem to be doing the job. She's been having a few leaks on and off for the past couple of weeks. I hope it's not time for large ones yet, I don't have any.

Unfortunately i went to Beerwah High up until grade 10 Spend the last 5yrs of living in qld in Mooloolay Valley formally known as Mooloolah... What a **** adding 'Valley' on the end... Like a word like that would give the place anymore class ROFL..
I still head up that way atleast once a year as my mum currently lives in Beerwah and her folks and sisters live in Mooloolah as well.
Nambour eh.. geez that brings back memories of dodgy movie cinemas and lots of strange people

I've just sat down and no Sh*t folded 5 baskets of washing and 40 nappies I'm determined to try and count how many mcn's i actually have lol mind you i still have two nappy buckets full of nappies waiting to be washed tomorrow

Shelby had a blow out in a Magicall today Im shocked it was even running down her leg Poor bugger!

Maz do you think you could get away for a long weekend next year? we could fly up to qld for a meet up Accommodation and a car is no problem (and no cost)..

How do i get my own gallery to post pics? Do i need a particular number of posts?

Now that i've figured out what it means i might join in..
WOS1B: Cant remember, he went to bed about 2.5 hours ago and i didn't put him down so god knows what John has left him in lol
WOS2B: Sposie - we dont do cloth over night with Shelby

Think i need to do S1 and S2 (their ages)

Had a friend that lived in Mooloolah though - so you'd probably know her.. lol... well.. I'm just assuming you are around my age - heck you might be way younger than me!!! lol

i can't bring myself to leave three or four day's worth of washing to fold.

    1. the unit is too tiny, there is nowhere to hide it in the meantime, no spare room, no spare cupboard, NOWHERE TO HIDE IT!
    2. one wooden clothes horse is all i have to dry stuff on, everything, even the sheets
    3. i'm so far behind with EVERYTHING else domestic - haven't really made meals for two years now, snacks don't count, so if i wasn't up to date (sort of) with the MCN, i wouldn't be up to date with ANYTHING
    4. i'm thinking right about now, being obsessive compulsive about the MCN isn't such a bad thing, i need ONE thing to feel good about at least.
    5. if i didn't keep up with the MCN, having only ONE child, i'm sure all you mummies with four kids would throw rotten tomatoes at me anyhoo!

Mummyto3 - dragonflymagik is a WAHM site, if you google that brand, you will find the site. I happen to have a child who really suits side snappers, and out of narrow and wide crotch brands, DFM is on the narrower side. So when i went looking for SS and narrow crotch, plus DFM use malden millls fleece for the outer, which i love, well, it ticked all the boxes for us. Plus it's a quicker drying one, you snap in a trifold, and a booster set up. Definately worth the money (for us).

Alioops - that's great that so many Townsville people use cloth, at least at home - better than not at all. Maybe they don't know about wetbags? and more compact MCN that the flats (i'm guessgin) they use at home?

    Raven - thinking of you!

NaNa and Suse - i have no idea what the PMS and the nubmers mean - is this an MSN joke?

NaNa - i totally get teh "must be the RIGHT red" thing. i feel the same about purple. i have emailed WAHMS to make sure if a purple is a bluey violet purple or a pinky purple - colours vary so much on computer monitors. I once bought some fleece online, called ELECTRIC VIOLET, sold as a bright colour, it arrived, a deep plum purple, so dark it was almost black! nothing like the colour swatch online.

whoever asked about the belly belly gallery. i THOUGHT you had to be a Platinmum memeber to access it, but i was so wrong, anyone can upload photos. i discovered this last night, and have been busy making up for lost time LOL.

WOTBB: Kester Kovers AIO (another good night nappy, front snapper, very clever snaps design, Possum Pouches make and sell them). it's really an Ai2 with the snap in insert, but called an AIO.
