luckily these 2 days u gals havnt been chatting too much. comp's been upstair n we've been down due to the heat :)

maz- got the parcels, thx :) now just need to get insert for the BP

hannah- think u might need a bit more than what u said, ive got 30 for 1 baby n im struggling to do every 2 days wash without using a sposie. my routine atm is still take them off the rack & use most of the time.

gigi- u've amazed me countless times with u wealth of info. u're like a mcn encyclopedia LOL

Lea.....lodge a dispute with paypal over iishfly...don't wait for them. She has done the same thing to several people I know on several different forums and they have had a bugger of time getting money back......word to the wise...think very hard before you buy from iishfly and if you do make sure you use paypal so you have some recourse if they don't turn up....great nappies....absolutely disgusting customer service!!

Well, I have been bad!! lol bidding on 11 TBs and some covers and things on Ebay - bargain! only hopefully the other bidder will drop off before me lol I REALLY need som new nappies - she has grown out of all her fitteds!
Also bought another sandman from ebay shop...BBH has some on ebay too.
Now to sought out the shyte with the will and get home agian so I can get her butt back in the good stuff!

have you tried Punk with NO SYNTHETIC next to her skin?
eg microfleece liners are 100 PER CENT synthetic
try cutting up old flannelette sheet or shirt, 10cm wide x 60cm long
fold long bit over twice, so you get a double layer effect
well however long a punky type of gal needs it, but that's the genral idea.

other idea of ine is to make cotton velour liners, also double liners
and if you had it, i'm sure bamboo velour liners would be great too
so you have natural fibres (or very close to it) next to her skin

and you could try resting synthetic covers (PUL, fleece) adn have punk in just natural fibre fitteds around home, with a woollie on top when you need waterproofing.

nappy rash is such a big deal. so many things to try out, investigate possibilities - unti you work out what is irritating YOUR bub's skin. Very distrssing to see them sore isn't it hon?

buy for baby is not a perfect system - if you get diddled, report it, post neg feedback. not everyone is honest, sometimes cyberspace mishaps do happen.

got my refund back from iish fly .. lucky you gals told me that .. but i did get my refund , back .. as soon as i read it could take a while i jumped on paypal to check , refund in there and then it went on to my CC .. phew !! i am a bit dirty she lost my parcel ..

got a teething 2 yr old in this house . luck his amber teething necklace seems to be helping ...but it doesnt completley take away the symptoms ... last few night had 4 in the bed .. with the stinky wee KK in my face lol !!

Gigi, Yes honey, I still have the pirate nappy. Havne't put it on Ty yet - I should pull it out and use it for him. It's kinda kept with Blake's precious things and not with 'nappies' LOL And yes I've bought a couple of nappies from bits for Bots. I'm hoping they'll arrive in the next day or two.

Hopefully they'll be fluffy mail today. Still awaiting orders from Bits for Bots, IB, iish fly x 2, a BBB from MantaRay, Ummm, not sure if there's more to come without looking.

Gotta say I'm loving the Lucas pawpaw ointment :D And yes it's the black one. The smell is oh so devine I could eat it I reccon! Ruby has been sleeping through and I guess her little butt is reacting a bit from being in the one nappy for so long. It's pretty good this morning though :dance:

Morning all..

Had both kids poop in the night nappies this morning - I hate that!! Always the hardest to squirt!!! grrr... oh well, at least they were both kinda solid..

Anyhoo... sad to see some people running businesses don't have a very good ethic!!! I think its terrible to people can't give good customer service... word of mouth advertising is VERY effective when its bad news!!

Better go do something constructive??
