No no River anytime soon, little booger. Im barely 1cm and my cervix is still posterior (and so is he, so Im madly trying to get him to turn grrr) so he definately isnt coming in the next few days *sigh* I laughed hysterically when my midwife told me I wasnt even 2cm after being almost 4cm for the last 8wks before I had Ripley at 37wks :rofl: She keeps telling me he must be a girl after all.........ha she's met my DH she should know where my boys get their painfulness from ;)

Its broken me though, Im so over this preg crud, I just want him out so I can feel normal again.

BG - I only prewash once, like suse. I just don't see the point in wasting the water for no reason iykwim. Just be aware that they aren't as absorbent as they could be. I think the max isn't reached until about 10 washes for some fabric anyway, so there isnt much difference between washing once and washing twice.

Are all these auriels on B4B going up from the same person?

Heya! I prewashed with doing a "prewash" rinse and then a full cycle which rinsed again as well as the wash. I figured that was 3 rinses ;) and it was all good.

Jovie finally asked to sit on the toilet tonight & promptly did a huge fart. Lovely... at least she isn't screaming everytime we try!! I think on home days we will be putting the potty in the lounge room for availability sakes rather than the bathroom. Maybe dressing her in dresses.... and bare bums. At least we only have 1 rug and the rest is floorboards.

ETA: Maz I still have the cow print cover I bought off you... its one of my 8 covers that I have for the 6 remaining nappies. So you may need that if your little man is growing so well :)

Anna - have you read the turning babies websote? they have some great stuff for posterior bubs. Also I know a fantastic chiro in town who specialises in pregnancy chiro she turned my bub from breech to head down posterior and then worked on me just before I was induced to open the ligaments to help bub turn during labour - sure enough as soon as labour started she turned! - also just cause your cervix is posterior doesn't mean you won't go into labour!

Maz - did you see all the cow print links gigi has been posting! Maybe there some HH there. I know someone who has HH cow print onesize and a Nappy hunt dicount ;) Ouch on the itti bitti vrs dryer! Hope there wasn't too much damage

Night nappy update - woohoo Ari slept through in a NN last night! No leaks nothing. It was our GNST but instead of the bamboo foldups I chucked our SBonesize booster in there, doubled over with an extra fold at the front/top (which is where we get out leaks) with my gorgy chocolate Maz cover (good enought to eat) Fingers crossed for same success tonight.

I hope its ok if I join in? I'm fairly new to cloth and have started with bum genius and BBH magicalls, minky and smooth. I am waiting for some fluffy mail of the new CTs (in particular I cant wait for the pink camo one!) and I have ordered a ladybug loulou (so cute)

I had also ordered some happy babes liners and a sage HH and a pretty bumwear to try but they have gone missing in the post:cry:
I'm so cranky I didn't pay the extra to register it, I won't be doing that again.
I am obsessed with nappy's now! And baby legs (or hugalugs) Its all so pretty.

And that SUCKS about your missing mail - I haven't had it happen yet - but I try to get everything at least express posted so they can track it... but maybe thats cos my mum worked for Aus Post and I heard too many bad stories!!! LOL

I'm sad for those 2 nappys out there on their own. I'm sure I would love them!
The store owner has lodged a complaint with Aus post but I'm not sure if it will help...I hope so.
I ordered some baby legs from you this weekend! Can't wait to get them.

have you tried calling your local PO nd Distribution centre - sometimes they are 'under a bench' somewhere...happened with me, lost a package and it 'appeared' at the PO about 3 weeks later *hmmmm*

Well I am back from my weekend away! I had a blast!! Now all these nappies to wash...

Hopefully I get fluff in the morning. Expecting my WC order, some ittis & wool & a wetbag, my MC Auriel and some other cool things from Ollie Rose. So fingers crossed for me!

I am soooooooooooooooooo tired! Partying just isn't in me anymore!! I did have a drink though... I feel so naughty!!

Hi everyone, I've been on a break, mainly because life suddenly got very busy but I'm back.

Unfortunately I don't have much nappy news, I think it's because truthfully I don't need any more! :o No, I lie I do need a couple of night nappies for DS so I did order a Sandman last week and I'm waiting for someone's NN to be stocked.

I've been doing a bit of nappy hunting and I haven't done too badly so far but I'm about to retire as everything left is too hard and I just don't have the time. I haven't spent as much money as I thought I would but I did buy some clothes for the children and some party supplies for DD's birthday party next month. I hate giving parties! And this is only the beginning, it can only get worse from here on.:wall:

well my auriels arrived........... and i get the hype! They are a bit big for now, but seeing how well other side snappers are for us I just know these are going to be great :) so very happy with them.
