well 2 of my brand new ittis have gone all funky after 2 or 3 wears , its like the PUL and seperated from the minkee and its all skewif there is no way they are werable now :( must go email them to find out why , ive only had them about 6 weeks or so ......

Lea the expo should be good! The one we had down here was :D You're lucky with the car. Same thing happened to a friend of mine and his car was pretty stuffed. The engine was salvaged though minus the plastic bits.

the car - yes we are so lucky .... DH just wants it fixed and registerd so we can take it camping and get advertising on it ... i want it fixed and registerd so i can pinch it and he can drive the fairlane ... lol i want to look like a soccer mom in a big 4b !!! pmsl

We get the same critch between the knees but she has high hips so the angle of the wings when the flap is folded over is wrong. Seeing as she's on her tum most of the time now it was rubbing.
I still luffs them though :D
Just had to have a laugh... we traded DF's nissan ute on a cruiser 4x4 wagon, and i was driving around in an SS. Once we got the cruiser I pinched that and DF now has the SS, i love it. He reckons I'm the only female in the world who would choose a cruiser over a sports car. Obviously not!;):

Lea - a sulu is what they call a sarong :) Well, a sarong with ties. I've been wearing mine around the house with nothing else on to keep cool - DH loves it :)
YAY for the 4B's girls. I love mine too! Granted it's only a Santa Fe, it's still technically a 4X4 lol I love driving my dads Toyota Landcruiser - he got the huge ass kakadu version and often leaves it at my house when he has to fly out for work. yippee.

Poor me, I have been flogging off some of my riding gear on ebay with the intention of going on a covert nappy buying spree ;)
Anyhoo, I pulled 2 ticks off the dog on thursday and he was still a bit dodgy and wobbly last night so I caved and took him to the vets (lil man seems to be pretty fond of him, so I dont want his first friend to croak + the dog is really good at cleaning up bub chuck off the floor-my kid could spew for australia :rolleyes:)
Dog should be ready for pickup on monday, probably at about the same time that my ebay/nappy $ arrives in my acc. :boohoo:
Woe is me.
But still, could be worse.
Hope evryone is good, had my mum and sis here this weekend so me and my kid are buggered and I am off to bed - my kid went an hour ago.

I haven't been in as DD has been in sposies for last few days. We all got the v&d bug :sick:(shudder) over the weekend and DD's poor little bowel is still irritated so still real watery and just too much for the cloth - Hopefully back in it soon poor little bub, was just gettin some chub too and now she's skinnied down from it :cry: The covers were great for over the sposies though as was so bad kept coming out the legs etc - there's something only a clothie would have up their sleeve at least
Ewww yukko Sarah!!! I remember when I was still using sposies with DS and he got the rotavirus - I looked up from the computer once cos he was whinging and he was attempting to SWIM through his poo that had leaked out - YUKKOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! It was everywhere!!!!!!! Mind you, I was pregnant with Miss M at the time and didn't really have the strongest stomach to clean it up!! It was most most MOST gross.
Heidi - I haven't heard of a Beastly bumz nappy before? So can't help you on that one.
DS wet through two of his nappies yesterday, he's just peeing soooo much, must be nearly time to toilet train properly. He likes climbing up on the ladder, sitting on the toilet, wiping his penis and saying "all finished" but doesn't actually DO anything :rolleyes: Wish I knew what the sex of bubs was so I could cull some of his really boyish stuff hehehehehe

Loving the cloth nappies. Had our first day yesterday of all cloth and they managed to contain a poosplosion that normally seeps up her back! Also got an orange nappy that colour coordinates nicely with her daddy's high visibility work shirt :lol: Figured it'd come in handy to spot her when she gets mobile!
Rained this morning all over my nicely washed nappies and haven't ordered a bulk pack yet so back in sposies today :doh:
Waiting on a couple of one more brand to come then decide which i want to use most of the time and getting bulk pack! Is it sad how i get excited whenever a nappy package comes? :rofl:

HI Bimboo - sounds like your baby is similar shaped to mine. My kids are quite tall and my (approaching 3) year old has a waist of around 43cm - with no hips or butt either to hold up a nappy!!! Front snappers only work for us if there is 3 or more snaps on each wing, otherwise we just get shocking wing droop. I would try a side snapping nappy - either sized because you will get a better fit around the legs, or if you wanted a OSFM - try to get your hands on dragonfly magik. They are awesome for skinny bubs with skinny legs.
