I found the fit is really diverse. DD gets super chunky pre growth spurt and really scrawny post. The only nappy i've found that fits well no matter what growth stage she is.:

I've got a couple I could trade you if you're interested. I have 2 pocket changes that I like, but they are boys colours. Have a CT jungle theme too. I tried selling it, but there is mould on the lay in booster, I think people are worried about the rest of the nappy. I know there is no mould in the rest of it, coz it was only the lay in booster that dissappeared in my laundry, I still used the rest of it til I found it.
Up to you. The pocket changes are poth in perfect condition. I will keep if you don't want. I do like them.
Now I have a camera, memory card & both the kids matching nappies dry, I'll be getting butt shots tonight!! Is it sad that I'm excited? lol

Clover, there is mould in one of my lay in boosters too on my CT. Dunno how tho as it never got lost. Do you think I can get it out?! It's been washed in canesten and left out in th sun for days and the dots are still in it.

Try a mould killer/remover for fabric? I would, but I'm selling the nappy & don't think it'd be fair to the new owner for them to not know/see it iykwim?

maybe because you stored them snapped up there was residual moisture on it? I unrolled one a few weeks back that hadn't been used for a while and it had a damp smell about it. I've never had the issue so I don't know how to remove it!

if the lay in booster (and i assume it doesn't have any elastic???) soak it in napisan....then wash it and rinse a BAZILLION times........ it can't hurt it or scrub it with sunlight soap then wash and do the BAZILLION rinses...
....I might just buy a new one XD:

I hung DD's boosters out today and they all have disgusting huge black stains on. I think it's either banana that has set in or blueberry poo stains. Setting up my 2 buckets for a RG soak tonight. I put my shells in one bucket and inserts in another so I can 90 degree soak the inserts in RG. It brings them up super white!

yeah the blueberries definitely stain - DS can't stop eating them :lol: and the inserts (when he does poop at home - CC uses disposables) are nicely grey after washing - got mine out in the sun today for some stain removing sun :p hoping it works.

so happy, i FINALY got my express post from the end of november!!! the post office "forgot" to send off a box of packages:doh: so i recived 2 lots of "fluffy" mail! and a huge bag of newborn clothes for bub. one more lot of itti bittis to come, then everything i was waiting on is settled, yay! i just got (well am paying for) a pink abby gro with owls on it, so cute! and another one, peechee i think, with a sunday embroided on the bum! she has 2 other ones i would love, but not keen on selling them yet:(
hope your all going great, i cant hang them outside in the sun untill we stop the dog pinching the washing off the line:( would i be getting a simmilar effect haning them just inside the laundry window were the sun comes threw?
I've wondered about the same thing, the sun thru the window. If they haven't been used yet i wouldn't worry as there wouldn't be any stains or smells for the sun to bleach out.
Got my twinkle lily wool cover today. Who knows anything about washing and lanolising them?

Inserts starting hot wash and waiting til it's full enough to pause it. I usually do an overnight soak and resume in the morning. I am starting to think it's something else staining them. The marks are right at the crotch area. Maybe the Paw Paw I'm using has built up? hmmm. Will try this hot wash. They ALWAYS get sun because I positioned the clothes horse in an area specifically for that purpose. It's not damp anough here to be mould either because stuff dries overnight.

We have the same problem, but have a verandah thats fenced off from the dog that gets sun, so I'm lucky. The window should be good enough :):
DH hates that the verandah looks like a chinese laundromat, he thinks we need to get rid of the dog :(

what pawpaw cream are you using?? because one of them does contain petrolium and that will cause a build up...

Helle, it is a medium. She also tried them on her 18 month old (who isn't a big boy) and they rub on his hip bones! She's not having much luck!
I used itti's on my BF bub from nb and only ever had the odd leak out, at that age she was still in smalls - didn't hit the mediums until 6-7 months. Maybe itti's just don't suit her children.

I have had 3 fluff deliveries in 2 days :dance: my envious nappies from the stocking :heartbeat: they r beautiful as well as a Xmas angeltears and a 2nd hand maz cover.
Mr c didn't fit small ittis until he was 3mth old and has only just gone into mediums. Has she made sure the elastic at the back is sitting right? DF tends to put them on so the lining is visable at the back or sides... needless to say it leaks badly like that....

Thanks girls... her baby is HUUUUUGE for 12 weeks. The mediums fir her fine but you could be right about the lining not sitting right, angelpants. I'll pop round and see how she is doing it.

Just a quick question as I am so new to cloth! I think I read on here that antibiotics and cloth nappies dint mix to well? Dd2 is on penicillin, should I just put her in sposies?
Stoked - Summer is in Itti's. I have one small, but have just sold it coz it won't fit much longer. Mine are all mediums. Haven't had any leakage yet.
She's come out the legs on a cushie tushie & almost made it just then with a daddle doo, but it managed to stay in... just! lol
2 Daddle doo's arrived today. I wonder if she ended up selling them all before she closed up? Anyone know? Wouldn't mind a few more. Summer must love them... she had the first one on for 10 minutes & we almost had a poo plosion lol! Got a size one, tiny bit big around the belly, but good fit around the legs. She'll be in them in a week or 2 lol.

BR - you could use a liner? haven't done abs & cloth myself yet though...
Nothing wrong with using cloth and antibiotics together, just that antibiotics usually cause the most foulest poos and not many people like to scrape that crap off their pretty nappies!! LOL
I use cloth when using antibiotics - doesn't worry me
