I use Brauers Nappy Relief cream if her bum is looking sore (works fast!) and red otherwise I usually just put some Moo Goo soothing cream on it and it smells yummy!!!

I have bepanthen and Sudocreme (given to me) but only if she has a really really bad rash will I use those types of creams!
