    Green Kids

    Hi everyone,

I'm currently using BG's, cute tooshies bamboo delights and itti bitti d'lish, I'm happy with all these nappies but am now looking at buying a couple of GK's Anytimes with bamboo inserts and looking for some reviews.

How do you rate the GK's in your nappy stash as a day nappy?

Absolutely love them for DS. Bit wide still for DD - she's pretty scrawny. They have quite a wide crotch area.

I use them during the day and at night as well. And DS is a heavy wetter too. I luuuurve my GK's!!

Thanks that's good to know because in the last two weeks DS has suddenly become a really heavy wetter I'm so glad I stocked up on bamboo boosters, I've been stuffing his nappies like crazy!

Ittis are my favourite for DD but I do like the GK's as well.

Initially I found the GKs a little bulky on DD but from 10months on they were great. Although now DD is taking them off when I don't put clothes on her!!!

I'm just waiting for the day when DS realises that undoing velcro makes a great sound He's already playing with the velcro so it's just a matter of time.

I've heard that GK's have a lot of room for babies to grow into which is why I thought I might get some.

Lisa - I've been using them since DS was 14 months (when I first started using MCN) and he is 2 in a few weeks. So they have done us well so far!!!! As soon as he toilet trains, all of his nappies go to his sister. All my GK are still in great condition too - they don't seem to look as aged as quickly as the BumG's do - just my observation anyway.

OH - and the only nappy that DS has taken off is an ecobubs - and thats one that has snaps - not velcro
