Do I take the liners out to wash them? (All very dumb questions, I know, sorry )

What's a goo brand, and where is a good place to by them online? My dd is fairly tiny (6 kilo) and average chubbiness, wide a wide leg space (is that relevant info?). I want something that will last for a fe months at least.
