So, I'm about to order a night nappy to try out and I'm confused!!!!!!! I don't know what the fabrics are and if they make a difference.
So, I can get a minkee one (know what that is) or Malden Mills. No idea what Malden Mills is, lol. And what sort of difference will it make to a night nappy?
For 'extra hidden wet zone fabric' I can choose: Malden Mills 200wt fleece, Malden Mills windbloc, or windpro ??????? What on earth does all that mean???? LOL
I figured out where you were getting it from...I have no idea which to pick only because I have been debating those very questions for a few days lol
so for you
HMMM there is someone over in the cloth chatter thread that has been purchasing nappies from the same place you are, it might be maz, will go c if I can find her.
Gigi will prolly know too...
Malden Mills are the manufacturers of high tec polar fleece. Windbloc and windpro are the commercial names (if you go into an outdoor clothing store check the labels of the exxy fleece jumpers and it will be called that). It's been a while since I've thought about the different types but I think 200 weight is best for day. I think it would be windpro that would be the best for nights. Check and see if it says 300 weight because it is definitely that weight.
Chocolatecatty would know for sure but not sure if she comes here much anymore.
Minky would need to be put with PUL or fleece so that is something to consider.
