A snap just ripped in my tutto!!

I just took Nate's tutto off for his bath and was putting it in the machine. I took out the first booster and then went to do the second and a whole snapped just tore right out! I'm always really careful to put my fingers right next to both snaps to prevent damage too and I certainly wasn't pulling hard (or maybe I don't know my own strength lol).

Is there anything I can do or is it ruined?

how old is it?? I had a snap that had almost completely come out of the nappy at the front and I sent it back it Itti and the replaced the shell... but my nappy was 2 weeks old.
Maybe post on their FB page n ask?

Yeah Itti are pretty good replacing things. You shouldn't have any issues getting at least the booster replaced.
