Amber Teething Necklace - Where to buy?

    Hi

Looking to buy amber teething necklace for my little man. Touch wood haven't had any issues with teething yet (6 are down) but with molars etc still to come want to be prepared. Just wondering does it make that much of a difference as to where you get your amber teething necklace? I've seen on line that you can get them ranging from $22 to $40 (Amber.bebe). I don't want to save the $18 and get something that doesn't work but also don't want to spend $40 if I can get the same thing for $22?

    Thanks

I got mine from Amber Bebe. I asked on here too and they were the most recommended I haven't had any problems with it (except I lost it for a couple of months) But it's found now and we're all happy

just bought my 3rd necklace from Amberbebe - the first two elsewhere (one was ebay; not saying the other on open boards - PM if you want to know) and while they were cheaper I'm not 100% sure they were baltic amber. The first I have the string break (ebay - didn't lose any beads as it was knotted between beads) and the second worked like it was supposed to - DS kept pulling on it and it released the ring thing where it's supposed to but when I tried to fix it so he could use it again it released with the slightest pull from DS.
Had really good customer service from Amberbebe -I ordered last Thursday and they rang to check if it had arrived yesterday but I wasn't able to take the call then. Rang them back today and even though it hadn't arrived yet they are sending out a new set for me today so I should get it Tues next week (public holiday here Mon).

I too got mine thru amberbebe. They have a lifetime warrenty which sold me even though we have had no problems with ours after over 18 months anyway. I'd rather pay $40 once then $20 to only have it break or not be effective then pay for it again.

I think ebay stores are just as good, they all offer a guarantee.
I just bought one from ebay seller 'alifeinharmony' after comparing all the sellers carefully.

Another amberbebe one here, and we haven't had any problems with it either.

The main things to look for are that it's made of Baltic amber, has a knot between every bead and a clasp that will release if it gets caught on something or yanked.
