i gave infants friend and infacol ... they both worked well !!

I've given Cocyntal drops (homeopathic), and Oval drops (might go by a different name in Aus?). Both have worked well for me. Gripe water was not so helpful for us.
With DD1 who was VERY colicky, we went to the chiropractor and that helped quite a bit. We're considering it with DD4 - we'll see how she does over the nextt couple of days and then decide.

No oral treatments worked for my little on.
Best thing for us was sleeping on his tummy and rocking in a semi upright cradle swing post feeds.
