Grinding teeth

Nina has just started grinding her front teeth and was wondering if this was normal? Is there anything I can do to try and stop her, or should I just let it pass? And will it have any long term effects?

Aidyn used to grind his teeth a bit when he was younger too....
I don't think there is anything you can do to stop it, but I don't think it will do any harm at this stage either - I think its fairly common.

jacks been grinding his for months but we did control it a little by squeezing his cheeks and going no jack he doesn't do it any where near as much now
