Measuring Infacol dosage

So my almost five week old gets uncomfortably gassy and my community health nurse suggested Infacol or gripe water. I'm having a baby brain moment as I'm not sure about the .2 ml dosage- do I put the syringe that comes with the bottle direct into the bottle and suck it up until the 0.2 level aligns with the top of the syringe? This puts the product all over the outside of the syringe though. Or do I try to suck it through that plastic seal thing on the top?

Ok got it- keep that seal in, turn bottle upside down so the product falls to the top and suck through syringe via the seal hole.
