Ideas to settle a colicy baby..

I need some help with one of my twins, he is very colicy and I have been trying all the remedies to help but he still has trouble getting wind up and is very unsettled after feeds.

I am giving him Brauers Colic Relief and have changed the size of the teats on his bottle from 1 hole to 2 to help him not swallow too much air during feeds. I feed him as upright as possible and burp frequently, but he still holds onto his wind and as such he is also possiting quite a bit - even coming out of his nose.

If I had the time to hold him all the time to help his pain I would, but seeing I have 2 babies plus a toddler I need to try and get some answers so he is more comfortable and so I can get some sleep.

I was thinking of maybe taking him to Chiro Kids as he was very active in the womb but seeing he had to share his space maybe he has put something out of whack with all his antics.

Any other ideas would be much appreciated.

DD used to have wind issues too, I found stopping every minute or so during her feed and burping her made a huge difference. With DS2 (also windy baby) I used Infacol which worked wonders. My MCHN said that although the bottle says to use it from one month of age, you can use it much earlier. I've also heard Infants Friend works really well too.

I highly recommend a paediatric chiro, I used one for all three of my babies with awesome results

I hope you find a solution, you have your hands well and truly full!
