diarrhea and zantac?

hi all my dd was started on zantac due to severe reflux, shes been very very unsettled today with a stomach upset and a major bad diaper! all up her back and tummy sorry for tmi! has anyone else had this when starting zantac? shes 5 weeks old and i want to stick with it as theres not alot else to treat her reflux, also how long did it take for u to see a improvement on zantac? advice greatly appreciated
