Its a family friends little boy. hes 7.5 months. He has his 2 top front teeth (nearly all the way) and ppl have been telling her coz they are coming out right at the front of the gum that hes going to have all sorts of problems and buck teeth etc etc. So is this how they are meant to come out? they are still coming straight down, just quite forward, like closer to his lip IYKWIM.
I would love to tell her there is nothing to worry about..
Charlotte has perfect teeth and the front ones looked like they were going to bust out of the gum face lol Rather then coming out of the bottom of it.
I think it is just the way it looks sometimes.
They broke through at the bottom of the gum face and since growing out are perfectly normal, she doesnt have buck teeth or the like and they work perfectly
If you are worried Id go and see the dr but really, their mouth and teeth are growing and changing everyday - their teeth look different everyday
People are soooo rude! I don't understand why they give an opinion if all they say is stressful and not useful. I wish they would keep opinions like that to themselves!
Both my DS and DD were like LimeSlice's DD. Their teeth looked like they would burst out the gum but just ended up growing through the bottom. They look normal to me and we haven't had any issues. We are all made different and look different. I think that would apply to our teeth and gums too
If your friend is at all concerned I'm sure that a MCH or even the GP would be able to give her some reassurance.
I'm pretty sure that's what my DS's looked like when they came through....different from the bottom ones coming up! His teeth are perfectly normal...and not buck!
Happened with my DD... I freaked out when i noticed cos the bottom ones seem to come fron in the middle of the gum but the topones kinda busted through but are straight...
