Have you tried trying to resettle her just as she starts to get restless? So if she is waking after 35min, then maybe at the 30min mark you could try different settling techniques.
I don't know if it will work for you, but for DS2 I used to go in his room a few minutes before his sleep cycle was up (his was 40 minutes) and watch him (I kind of hid so he couldn't see me). As soon as he stirred (he'd sigh and move his head) I'd pat his tummy, still keeping out of sight as much as possible. He would sometimes go back to sleep, sometimes not, but it worked for at least one of his naps every day. I persisted with it until eventually he started working out how to go back to sleep by himself.
Not sure if you've already tried this, but I thought I'd post it anyway .
I feel your frustration
DS has been having one, sometimes two 30 minutes sleeps each day for the last couple of weeks. It's just not enough for him, but I could never get him back to sleep. Suddenly, today is like he's playing catch up. He's currently down for his 2nd nap of the day and both have been over an hour. When he wakes though, he's up and that's it. There's no re-settling him.
I hope it gets better for you soon, but just wanted to let you know you're definitely not alone!
