Question Does Pinky's new book cover night waking/sleep issues?

We are having problems on and off with our 3 year old DD waking at night. It's getting to the point where I am exhausted getting up to two children. It isn't every night, or even every week but when it happens it's hard work.

It's been happening on and off for the last 6 months (just before DS' birth) prior to this she was a great sleeper and had slept through the night (13 hrs) since about 8 months.

I need some new ideas - I'm all out!

Has anyone read Pinky's new toddler book? Does it have any good tips on sleeping issues?

Ooo let us know any handy tips Willow. Our solution to the problem is to just let him come and climb into our bed and he goes back to sleep. But I do love it when he sleeps right through in his own bed, then he's not digging around in my hair and lying all over my face LOL. At least I don't have to get up tho!

Trawling through here looking for wise words to help with our 17mth olds horror nights...

I've got Pinky's new book - there is some stuff on sleep but a lot of it refers back to the Sleeping Like a Baby book. I also bought Elizabeth Pantley's No Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers which had stacks of stuff that looked like it might help. She also has quite a bit of stuff on her website which are abridged versions from the book.

May we all get more sleep soon!! It's currently 10pm and my son is still asleep in his cot - I'm pinching myself as this hasn't happened for months!
