The past week it has been getting harder and harder to settle our little boy to sleep. I was slowly going a bit insane (and cranky and tired) till yesterday I put him in the cot and left him for a moment to take a breath. He grizzled, but less than when I was holding him, then went to sleep!! So today I've been putting him down and leaving him and he goes to sleep without a peep. I was making him grizzly and keeping him awake. Funny how they change on you... I didn't realise 3 months old was old enough to self settle so I've been persisting and persisting reminding myself that my baby needs me to help him sleep- no he doesn't! Well, I'm sure sometimes he still will
