wondering if somebody could answer this TTC question

I dont know if we are TTC! We were until last month when i got a BFP it was light and Ive had another very light one since but a lot of BFNs too latest BFN being a few days ago.

I decided last month not to temp so dont have a full chart only temps after AF was due, temps are still elevated, I am not on CD 48 of a usual 29-31 absolute max, I def O'd I get very distinct O pains and am 27DPO.

Is it possible that I have O'd and the egg got lost and not be pregnant (i know that sounds silly!) Ive never ever gotten a bfp early on in a pregnancy usually about 6 weeks in but even going by that I should be getting one now.
Has anyone had this happen, know someone or have any explaination for me?
I do have a drs appt this week but im going crazy!

wouldnt i have bled though and not be nearing 2 1/2 weeks late? Sorry for my ignorance i dont know a lot about chem pgs

MrS if in the past its taken that long to get a BFP then thats probably the most likely cause. However with a chemical pregnancy it can take up to 4weeks to bleed. But this is unlikely its usually no more then a week or two. Mine took a week from the time AF was due. Hope you get some answers soon and bub is tucked away safe and sound.

I should get my blood test results back tomorrow fingers crossed but just had another thought if it was a chem or a m/c wouldnt my bbt have dramatically dropped? Its been elevated the whole time minus this morning there was a slight .02 drop
