Evening ladies,
Just a quick question. I recently heard that you can ovulate after coming straight off the pill. So after your withdrawal bleed, is this true or just a myth? If it is true how likely is it to occur?

I was on the pill for 10 years and got pregnant the first month I was off it if that's what you're talking about. I've actually got several friends that this has happened to.

Chody47 I have just finished what I believe was my withdrawal bleed on the 2/11/13 although it felt different to the ones I had while I was taking the pill. I was on the pill for 8.5 months, I was always under the impression that you have to have a "true" period before you can ovulate. So wouldn't that be the withdrawal bleed then the next period after that? Or should I test to check after this last bleed to see if I'm ovulating?
