8 days late and BFN

Hi girls,

Just after a little advice. I have 3 gorgeous kids and DH and i have both decided that our family is complete. We wanted to wait till our youngest was 2 till we did anything permanent so we have been using condoms - and have been very careful!

My cycle is always regular 28 -29 days. This month AF has not shown up I'm now 8 days late, I did a test on Friday afternoon (5 days late) and another one yesterday midmorning - both BFN! I'm assuming the test is right but can't quite shake the maybe it's wrong feeling. Could the tests be wrong or can thinking about it constantly delay AF this long ( I wouldn't say I that stressed about it - the thought of another baby has grown on me quite quickly)

Just want to know either way - any thoughts?

Got to the Dr and have a blood test, only way to know for sure. I had something similar with my last cycle and it was very frustrating, unfortunately it was still a BFN but was good to know for sure.

For some women HPT's don't work or take a long time to work.

I didn't get a BFP from a HPT till I was 14 days late. So i'd check with a Dr if you want peace of mind xx

Thanks girls, I'd forgotten how frustrating waiting for an answer is! Still no AF today

Try not to stress too much, stress alone can delay AF.
I'd go get a blood test.

Im 14 days late, still getting BFN's so went for bloods today!
