Advice about my cycle wanted please.

Ok firstly my DH and I are now up to our 12th month TTC#2. Our DD took 4 cycles. 2 months ago I went to the dr and had some tests done. My progesterone levels were fine and showed I ovulate and I also went for a pelvic ultrasound which showed everything to be normal.

I have charted in 9 out of the 12 cycles and I have been looking back at them today and for this year they have been:

Jan- 26 day cycle, O day CD15, Luteal Phase length 11
Feb- 28 day cycle, O day CD16, Luteal phase length 12
Mar- 29 day cycle, O day CD18, Luteal phase length 11
April- Did not chart, but had a 27 day cycle.

So do you think my LP is maybe too short and is causing the problem?

    Thanks

Nadine, your luteal phase is on the shorter side of things, but still considered to be normal and possible for implantation to occur. However, having hit the 12 months mark, you'd be more than justified in seeking the advice of a specialist. There are things a regular gynecologist can do even if you don't want to go to the full extent of seeing a fertility specialist.

Thankyou for your response BW. My Obstetrician I had with Kayla is a gyneo aswell so I could see him?

    Thanks again

Yep, you certainly can. It's probably easier to get in with someone you've seen before, too.

Nadine, that sounds like the way to go. I would go to your Gyno/Ob perhaps? And see how they can help you. I'm sorry to hear it's been 12mths now for you. I hope you get some answers soon. Good to hear the U/S came back fine and tests came back fine, thats something at least.
