Advice needed please

Hi,

I just wanted to know if it is possible to get negative pg tests yet still be pg?
Ive googled it and it does seem possible but i wanted to ask myself and see if there is anyone on here who it is happened too etc

Ive missed 3 AF visits, yet im on the pill, ive tested quite a few times and all tests have come back neg, i have been stressed - which is what ive been thinking it was until 2 weeks ago...when the symptoms of being pg started showing up.......I havnt been stressing about being pg as the tests were coming back neg.....but im starting to stress now lol
Ive got slight cramping, sore boobs, ive had nausea (at different times of the day), ive put on weight on my belly (yet havnt changed my diet at all), ive been quite gassy (which isnt normal for me at all, even at that time of the month), blurry vision at times and sometimes light headed, i know it may sound strange but i can also feel "movement" aswell - it feels like butterflies in my tummy, ive pressed my hands against my belly and can feel "movement" aswell - could this just be gas moving in my tummy at all??

Some of you may have read my thread in the relationship area, now is not the time for me to be pg - im getting married in 4 1/2 months and our relationship needs some serious work before i will be walking down the isle, but if im pg this worries me.....

Im looking for some advice from people who this may have happened to and it turned out you were pg, also i want to hear from people in regards to what else this can be....

I cant get into my dr's til thursday.....

Id say the pill is messing with your cycles... It shouldnt affect a pregnancy test but get a bloodtest to be sure

thanks - im thinking that too....but ive NEVER missed a af visit while on the pill and ive been through much rough (stressful) times then this - been on and off the pill (since i was 14 am now almost 29)....

its just so confusing....i just want answers now iykwim....

One side im happy for it to just be some medical treatable problem
Im also happy if i am - despite all the added stress it will add lol

the one thing im really concerned about is the "movement" ive been feeling?? any thoughts?

I was in so much pain last night - bad AF type pains, then it would go up my side and felt like real bad stretching pains....

Im scared its going to be something bad - like a cyst that im going to need surgery for....i had a bad dream last night that was the case, i ended up in surgery and lost both my ovaries and was in heaps bad pain for ages after and had to keep going back in for more surgeries.......

I keep having af/stretching pains on and off all day, but no where near as bad as last night, im tempted to stop the pill just to bring af on, just so i know......

Hugs hun! I feel for you, you just want to know one way or another! I'd just wait for the doc's visit, perhaps he'll send you for an u/s. Maybe it's a cyst or a fibroid, both can be treated. GL hun!

I do know someone whose urine pregnancy tests all come back negative and was only confirmed with a blood test. She was on the pill as well. By this time she had the pregnancy comfirmed, an ultrasound put her at 16 weeks pregnant. She did have a healthy baby boy and everything was fine.
I don't know anything about your background, but you sound like you are under a lot of stress at the moment, and having to wait so long to see a doctor would be hard as well. I hope everything works out for you and big hugs to you as well.
