Starting all over again

The wait is almost over after an ectopic which was medically treated (no surgery) we shall be able to start all over again

This wait has been far worse than any 2 week wait, it has been 3 months since our loss and now I just want to be pregnant

Has anyone had any experiences with how long it can take after treatment with methotrexate possible problems etc
