can i please ask... because i have the same symptoms although have not bled.. had one experience of a bit of brown spotting in amongst cm other than that just had a few cramps and back ache.. still BFN tho booked in with dr for thurs.. can someone explain what the lower back ache and cramping is???

Amsta, you poor luv still waiting, it's torture isn't it. When you're pregnant the cramps and back ache are your body getting ready to make room for a baby, it doesn't help that we also get these pains with AF.
You have all the right signs of being pg, cramps, spotting etc, but they can be signs of AF too. Can you go to the doc any earlier to put you out of your misery?? Are you still getting a BFN on your home tests?
i have booked in on wed.. and cant get in any earlier between work and the app that are avail..
i think i defo ovulated two and a bit weeks ago and havent tested since saturday.. asked Dh to get me a test yest coz i came home and passed out i was sooo tired! but he said to wait till thursday.. so prolly better that i wait!
ive had this feeling of pins and needles in my boobs like someone is pointing outwards.. every now and then.. any one relate to this?
lets hope its positive.. if not lets hope i get AF soon!!
