Try not to focus on the TTC journey, as the stress of just thinking about it can alter your cycle.

I got pregnant on a cycle when I forgot about 'getting my egg' and just enjoyed myself sexually. Its the only advice I have, besides lots of sweet potato.

RELAX RELAX RELAX and FX you get the result you want soon

    Have SEX! XP

Ok seriously. Relax. Enjoy it. Easier said than done but it's true.
4 months of TTC is actually not long at all. Even tho it feels like it

We got pg after we gave up and ordered a rather $$ wedding dress in my usual size. That weekend, BFP.

Enjoy yourself There might be a time for stress or worry, but being young and healthy (no fertility problems etc), just enjoy the beautiful time of love and anticipation. I hope you get your bfp very soon.

I know how you feel!! I am 26 & on my 4th cycle. Not very long I know but when you want something so much the wait just is the pits!!

This cycle I relaxed and just enjoyed being with DH. Hopefully its done the trick..

Frustrating, ain't it? Hang in there...but I won't say relax, because I find it infuriating when other people say it to me (no offence y'all). Keeping stress levels down is a good thing though.

As my GP says - be as healthy as you can and have lots of sex. So much of TTC is about time (and luck!!) - apparently stats show that about 50% of couples are pg by six months; 60-75% by 9 months; and 85-90% by 12 months. That's what I keep telling myself

Good luck, hope you get that beautiful BFP very soon.

Definately consider checking for signs such as changes in mucus, checking your cervix, using OPK's or taking your temp. This can help pinpoint ovulation rather than taking a stab in the dark. It can also help to identify issues such as anovulatory cycles (no ovulation), which is what I suffer from, hence why OPK's & taking temps didn't help me!

find out when you're likely to be ovulating, and have sex every 36-48 hours for a few days either side of it ...

you orgasaming apparently increases your chances of getting pregnant (apparently the contracting muscles draw a lot more spermies up in )

there's also different multivitamins which can apparently help increase fertility ... avoiding caffeine and other things which can decrease fertility ... multivitamins your man can use, to improve his swimmers' chances of getting their game on ...

avoid hot tubs ... loose underwear ...

    *lots of sex*

Yep - Get yourself a copy of Francesca Naish's The Natural Way to Better Babies - Preconceptual Care for Prospective Parents. It contains all the info you could ever want and much more than a doctor could ever give you.

Get you and hubby on a probiotic/superfood supplement such as In-Liven by MiEssence. It will improve overall immunity, but also assimilation of nutrients and sperm and egg health. Needs to be kept in fridge!

    Best of luck!!
