    Argh this is so frustrating!

So I have vomited twice, feel sick every morning and every evening with out fail. 11 days straight. My skin is horrendous, my tummy feels funny my head is all fuzzy and I am sick of waiting to test already!

I have irregular periods. 50 day cycles or longer usually….So I can’t go by a missed period, I just want to know if it is a little bub causing all this or it’s all for nothing. I wouldn’t expect my period for at least another two weeks assuming it was a 50 day cycle. These symptoms are surely too early to be AF?!?!

Just wanted to vent. Christmas day is when I plan to test. This will be just over 2 weeks that I think I ovulated (observing cm) and we started BDing. Hurry up already! I just want to know either way.

Oh, you're a stronger woman than me! I would have done a test already and be doing one each day. Yes, it does your head in but so does going to the loo every 5 minutes "checking" if AF has started!

I know your pain. I was queen of the irregular periods! SO FRUSTRATING for testing!

For this little spud at the moment, i waited 20 days to do the test ( i was so OVER getting bfn!). Have you been charting at all? You should be able to tell your normal LT phase from that which would be a good judge of when to test (for me, no matter how varied my periods went, the LT phase was always 14 days)

I think you may be justified after 2 weeks to be getting your symptoms. Are you really tired? Feel a bit bloated? Anything else thats strange for you? even in a positive way?

Well we are not charting, we didn’t want to make the whole things so regimented and I am the obsessive type. My natropath has had a good look at my bloods and says my LT phase is not the problem, nor is it progesterone. We just need to boost my estrogen production. She is unsure if I do ovulate, or ovulate occasionally. Plan to start on some more herbs in Jan.

I am scared because I am currently taking vitex and herbs for various other health problems that can’t be used in pregnancy. She told me to stop once I get a positive and she will adjust the dose to make it ok. She is away for 2 months though over Christmas!

Other symptoms are a sleepy happy feeling, easily irritated, bloated (could be my bladder though it tends to swell up – odd though because it isn’t hurting usually the swelling is because I am in a flare, my bladder is GREAT! Which is also odd for me, I can’t even feel it!) Could also be AF causing the bloated feeling. Always feel full! Feel best when I am have an empty stomach. Creamy CM (I could just be noticing this more though because of babies on the brain). I swore a few days after starting BDing I felt off – like really odd…and then it went away and all these yucky symptoms started.

This is only our first month trying!

    Going out of my MIND.

If you have all those symptoms, including nausea AND vomitting than I'd test

I don't want to put a dampener on your hopes but if Christmas Day is two weeks since you ovulated then you would be 9dpo. Even today would be very early for pregnancy symptoms as implantation would have only happened two days ago at the earliest. Of course, you may have misjudged ovulation????!!!

Also, your naturopath should be able to tell from your progesterone levels whether you are ovulating.

Good luck! I hope you get pregnant soon.

I don't understand. If I ovlated say on the 10th then the 25th would be 15 days past that date. Not 9 days?

My natropath says that I may ovulate occasionaly or not going by blood work. She said my progesterone is fine.

Sorry, I probably didn't explain myself very well!

If you ovulated on the 10th, then today you would only be 10 days past ovulation. It would be very early for pregnancy symptoms even if they started today (and you said they started 11 days ago).

An embryo does not implant until 7 days past ovulation at the earliest. Then it takes another two or three days to start excreting HCG (the hormone which causes many pg symptoms) into your blood stream.

    Hopefully, that makes more sense!!

Yeah I thought so. So by Chrissy day will be just over two weeks. I know the whole deal about symptoms not starting untill implantation which is why I am trying to tell myself I am being silly. I hope I wont be too dissapointed if it is BFN as I know that most people dont get symptoms this early but I don't know why I feel like this I never even get any kind of PMS lol.

Hoping for the best even so!

I'm a PCOS sufferer and my PMS symptoms include everything you say you feel and they would start from 10-7 days before a period. I would be so nausiated that i would vomit almost daily, i was irritatable and i bloat horribley before a period also. My boobs would also get a little sore and i would feel dizzy and have headaches. All things that i used to think were pregnancy symptoms. The only difference i see between PMS and pregnancy is the cramping is different and im much more tired.

While 10 DPO isn't SUPER early to test as i got my BFP with my DD at that time it wouldn't really make sense if you have been feeling the way you have before O-ing.

Otherwise the only thing i can think of is maybe you O-ed earlier an you could very well be pregnant. Can't hurt to do a test now.
