hey girls i did a pregnancy test today and there was a faint blue line i used clear blue test know there is still 6 days til my period is due could this be a BFP result or have i tested to early and really is a BFN?
If you have a second line, even if it is faint (so long as it's coloured, which yours is) then it's probably a bfp! You'd only be what, 8 dpo or something? So very feasible that your are utd and it's just very early. Test again in a couple of days, but congratulations
quick update ok i tested again this afternoon with clear blue digital the same i used the 0ther day the second line can up still a faint line but more blue today but the thing is that the digital part says not pregnant iv read that this test is more for the day of your missed period use this test and it needs higher hormone to work with t the digital but the stick says im got a BFP bu i must be very early prego things is this is test is the only test i get a BFP from first response nutin comes up at all so im so confused any advise out there? thanks
From my own experience (people out there with a lot more knowledge than me feel free to jump in) the digital tests pick up a much higher amount of hcg than other tests...i think I read somewhere 100 miu? Generally it is recommended that you ignore the test strip part of a digital test as it is not designed to give you a positive/negitive reading there, only on the screen. I would recommend goig and getting a 2 pack of something like clear blue or first response normal tests and trying again with them. Or if you can wait 5 or so days, ordering some cheapies off of eBay will save you a lot of money. Sorry I can't be of more help, I've never actually used a digital myself, I just know from research to not take too much notice of the test strip on them, only the reading.
Try putting Pee On A Stick into google and that will lead you to a great little site about hpt's. Fingers crossed that it's a bfp for you! Let us know how you go, xox
hey girls anyother update i took a first response test this morning and a second line is faintly i thinks it pink but not really sure i think my eyes are playing tricks on me im not due for my period til next tuesday/wednesday what do u think
It took my BFP a long time to show up on the digital clear blue..
The best test found was first response.. and a line is a line.. even if very faint..
put the timer on i think it says read after 3 min but before 10 min?? if that is correct?
update.... im now 4 days late and i did a test yesterday afternoon and i got a faint pink line so i take im pregnant ill test again on tuesday just to make sure woo hoo
