Brown discharge

Has anyone else had brown discharge when they wipe (sorry if it's TMI) leading up to their BFP??

No, not leading up to BFP but shortly after BFP at 4.5 weeks, then on again off again until 7.5 weeks. That pg is now a healthy 2.5 year old

Yes, I did, but there wasn't much of it. I spotted (so just a small spot on the loo paper or my knickers) for the few days leading up to my BFP with DD. I didn't spot at all this pregnancy. I should also say that I generally have brown discharge when I wipe just before full AF.

Ive only got it a few times over the years without a bfp....

Brown Blood = old blood....so hopefully its from your implantation Goodluck

Thanks ladies for your replies It has stopped for now, lasted a couple of days and was a bit pinky/red at times but mainly brown the thing that got me was that it was in my cm?? My AF isn't due for another 2-12 days(my cycle is a bit crazy at times) If my cycle was regular like it used to be it would make life soooooooooo much easier I did a test yesterday and it was negative, I guess I will just have to wait and see, it's just so stressful and frustrating!!

Um ok now I am just a bit baffled, I went to the toilet this afternoon and when I wiped there was a big streak of bright pink so i thought to myself okey dokey AF must be here, then when I went to the toilet about 20 minutes later and wiped there was a few spots of brown!?!?!?!? I have never had this before I have had spotting in the past from time to time whether I was preggers or waiting for AF but it is usually only once maybe twice over a couple of days, this has gone on for days now!!! GRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Sounds exactly like implantation bleeding to me. I have had it all three pregnancies. Brown spotting then bright red streaks with mucous. It usually stops after a few days that my period is due.

Hi

I had brown discharge start up at 12dpo (the day i was going to test), so thought i would be out, but already taken the test out of the packet. Tested and nearly fell off the toilet when I got a bfp
Spotting carried on and off for days afterward, and kept stopping and starting up for short periods of time, right up to about 13 weeks.

Thanks so much for your positive feedback ladies, I thought for sure that AF was here today, I kept going to the toilet at work to check but instead everytime I wiped I got a watery browny pink discharge, I am going to try and hold off on testing till early next week I think the later I leave it the better, I have a wedding to go to tomorrow, I think I will be designated driver just to be on the safe side
