    Hi Melinda

After menstruation your cervix will be dry, lumpy and appear closed when touched. It will be low in your body and easy to reach with your fingers. When touched your cervix will feel a little like the tip of your nose.
Pre ovulation and during ovulation you may feel your cervix is very high, open and soft. It should feel a little like touching your bottom lip. This is caused by the increase in estrogen production. You may have difficulty being able to touch your cervix at this time. After ovulation your cervix will start to return to the low position.
