Clomid and breastfeeding?

Not sure where to post this question.

Has anyone successfully used clomid while breastfeeding? And did your baby end up weaning?
I've read conflicting things so far.

My FS recommended I wean my DS before using clomid. I didnt have any cycles while feeding my son until he was 13 months when I weaned.

I did ask if I could feed while taking it and he just said I really don't think so, u need to stop first. If u have. Had a period it might not be the clomid that is the problem, but what u would need to take to bring on a period to start the clomid?
