I just need to write this out because its constantly niggling at my mind. My period is due sometime now-ish- I honestly don't keep track of it , but in my defence, there hasn't been any need to since we were not TTC. I've had full on PMS symptoms for the past 2.5 days, which is so unusual for me. Usually I get symptoms, then AF comes within a matter of hours. This time, no AF. The last time I felt like this I was pregnant with Peter.
DH and I DTD a couple times when I think I was ovulating (again, didn't really pay attention to my cycle), and used protection (condom) and it all seemed perfectly fine. But there is always that 3%....
So I did a HPT today and it came up negative, but it wasn't my first pee of the day. If AF doesn't arrive tomorrow I will do another HPT on Wednesday morning.
I'm just trying to wrap my head around all this- I know its overwhelmingly likely I am just having a wildly hormonal month, but I can't help but consider the alternative.
Just wanted to share- not really expecting any responses, just needed to get it out to someone other than poor DH!!
