this is prob a stupid question but i read that you ovulate ruffly 14 days after af is that 14 days after the first day of bleeding or last day of bleeding? i know it isnt 14 days for everyone but i wasnt sure when it starts counting.

Hi sassy123,
You actually need to count back....so from the first day of your period, count back 14 days and that is likely the day that you ovulated.
Your period should come roughly 14 days after ovulation.
The first part of your cycle from Day 1 (the first day of your period) can vary from cycle to cycle....like this cycle you might ovulate on Day 14 but next cycle it might be Day 17 or 18.
