could i have had a miscarriage?

My period is usually quite irregular, anything from about 30-50 day cycles, on this cycle i started bleeding day 33 and I'm still bleeding 8 days later, I have only had normal period-like cramps, although it was considerably heavier than normal and it usually is quite light and lasts about 5 days, sorry if this is a silly question but could this have been a miscarriage? Should I see a doctor?

I would see a doctor if you are concerned. but did you know you can use a hpt and that should show if you were pregnant.. Its hard when ttc and not seeing all these signs and makes you wonder.. Thinking of you..

i totally agree with Eng, go ask ur doctor there is no harm asking them it will b better than sittig at home wondering.

If you are concerned i would see the doctor but from personal experience i had severe cramping the night before and then woke up with very heavy bleeding and it was gluggy (like a mixture between ovulation and normal period but darker) and very dark in color. Hope that helps. If you have had a miscarriage the HCG levels should still be high - but may not be.... Hope you get the answer you want and god bless!!
