could i be pregnant?!!

hi i havnt been feeling my self lately, this month i started bleeding really light and it was light pink in colour on the wendesday night when my period was suppose to start and then it stopped thursday morning, then started thursday night and stopped friday morning, then a little bit on sat arvo i also have had soft cramping not like my normal cramps which are quite painfull, but before this i had been feel very sick if i didnt eat, urinating more then normal, headaches, lightheaded and dizzy, i have now got sore boobs and bloate, i have put on weight at my lower stomach, i went to wear my work pants that i havnt wore in 3 weeks and they could not do up! i am also taking irn tablets cause my iron levels were low i thought i was feeling sick cause of them but now im not sure whats going on!! i took a urine test and it was negavtive, i had a blood test yesterday and now im just waiting, the doctor said she would ring if it was positive, but i really think i could be???!!
