Possible blocked tube after D&C??

DH and I went to the Dr this morning (not my usual one) to try and get some tests underway. He said to us its too early and we need to wait and try and relax. He did say after looking at my charts, I may have a blocked or infected tube from after the D&C, possibly both tubes. As normal as my charts look he said I am not ovulation properly as my temps are not rising correctly after ovulation. However, they wont look at me for another 2 cycles as we have to be trying for 6 months after a MC

Has anyone had this? How is it fixed? Can I do something??

Should I get a second opinion from my usual Dr and be persistant??
