At first I thought my thermometer was stuffed but today my temp dropped even further and the spotting is heavier. So I think all those symptoms I had were associated with first AF after loss. I am just glad the nausea has passed and the stitch pain has dissappeared. Hopefully soon we can start a new cycle and officially start TTC again.
