Did you, do you just feel pregnant?

I am about 10dpo I think and I do feel "different", I think that's the best way I could describe it.
Still getting twinges, they don't hurt or anything and slight nausea (which could also be put down to being tired).
This will be my second baby (when and if it happens) so don't want to read too much into it, but the twinges have been going for days now.
My first DS was a woopsie and I didn't even know I was UTD until nearly 6 weeks because I didn't get morning sickness or anything.
Did you just feel pregnant and turned out to be?

Nope. I had a frozen emby transfer, and for almost the whole 2WW, I thought it had failed. And even when I knew I was pg, I didn't get a single symptom (well, mildly sore BBs from the P4 supplement). If it wasn't for the gigantic belly I sport now, I probably still wouldn't know. LOL!

We dtd 4 days before O so I thought I had a very slim chance of conception occuring. I didn't feel a thing... The whole TWW I had NO indication whatsoever that I there was something going on. It wasn't until 5.5 weeks that I started to get symptoms. Though, with my first pregnancy I had every symptom possible. I just didn't want to say yes it was happening as I didn't want to be let down. Though it is in hindsight that I could put it all down to the pregnancy attaching etc
